bulgar question

I love bisquick (please no tomatoes flung my way) I love the conveinence of it.

I've always made my own. Now I was wondering, if I used lard or coconut oil

instead of shortning and left out the powdered milk would bulgar flour

substitute acceptably for the white flour? Trying REEEEEAL hard to NTize this

somehow.
