weird water-fasting poop

Well speaking of poop and colons, I'm on day 5 of a water fast. No coco

water or any other liquids other than a few squirts of lemon juice now and

then in my water. No seeds included.

I've taken a few supplements:

--1 tsp. psyllium on day 2 (none since then)

--probiotics

--my thyroid med (Armour thyroid)

--200 mgs. 5 HTP per day

--1 tablet of livercare (AFTER my poop today) and I think I took some liver

support product on days 1 and 2

--Schulze IF#1 twice in 5 days (one capsule last night)

--last few days I took some charcoal

--approx. 2 tsp. clay per day

The latter two are to prevent autointoxication.

Probably the only donator of calories might be the 5 HTP and liver supps? In

any case what calories I might've gotten from any of these would be

extremely minimal.

So I pooped this morning. The size indicated that it was stuff from before I

started the fast, even accounting for the amount of bacteria in typical

poops.

The weird thing is that the poop was peppered with all these little hard

things that looked like small lemon seeds. I'm not in the habit of eating

lemon seeds, except by accident. The sheer amount of these things would

account for more lemon seeds than I've consumed in my lifetime though. So

I'm doubting they were lemon seeds. They were the general shape and color.

Maybe they were undigested popcorn kernels? But they weren't popcorn color.

Could they be stones of some sort? I really don't know what to make of it!
