I too have a nostalgic fondness for Bisquick. I would use Summer's

sprouted wheat flour instead of bulgur flour. Bulgur's

characteristics are more different than the sprouted.

Although I must say, for me, Bisquick is one of those things where

the healthy substitutions and improvements just don't work. I think

its goodness came from its badness and I left it behind.
