Guest guest
Has anyone tried Manna bread? I've never heard of it before. It's sprouted! Woohoo. If I tried the recipe with the dates, would I use dried dates or have to get the fresh ones. Dried ones sound way too sweet. I can eat a whole packet of dates. Yummy. 2 Cups of wheat sprouted 1 lb dates 1 Cup rasins 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon cloves OPTIONAL: 1 T chopped filberts OR 4* cups rye berries (soaked 8-12 hours, rinsed; sprouted 12-24 hours) 2* cups sunflower seeds (soaked 8-12 hours, rinsed) 2-1/2 teaspoons ground caraway seeds 2-1/2 teaspoons ground dill seed 2 teaspoons vege-sal or Spike *measurements of sprouted rye berries & soaked sunflower seeds are after they've been soaked and sprouted (rye berries) or soaked (sunflower seeds). Both sound good. But do they taste heavy? Inquiring minds would like to know.
