This is a sad thing to say, but I'm going to say it nevertheless, even at risk of being thought of as a wet blanket. I think it's very difficult, if not impossible, to be entirely healthy on a planet that seems to be falling apart like ours. In other words, I find it a bit too limiting and even blind to think along these lines: " What matters is my personal health, I don't care about what's happening to the rest of the world " .
