Sugar and oil/fat both contribute to crumbly cookie. Try removing

some and if batter is too dry add a small amount of milk or milk and

water to get necessary batter consistency. I'd probably try

removing some fat first. Remove approx 20% at a time.Dennis

My useless and grossly overdue recommendation is to make them with

chocolate if you're going to make them in the first place. <g>

Want the ugly truth? I DID make 'em with chocolate!! (but it WAS the

carob-chip cookie RECIPE) LOL. Actually, once they cooled they were fine. I

did learn we do NOT care for the taste if they are kept in the fridge, so I

keep em out figuring they are going to be eaten fairly quickly anyway LOL.
