Guest guest
I have come across several articles stating that consuming dairy products can cause acne and that eliminating them will help. Any comments? I have had acne since I was a teenager. We get raw milk cheese and butter but do not have access to raw milk at this time, although I consume very little milk other that cream in my coffee. Would love any suggestions. Thanks! Guest guest
Hi , a quick reply to say that most acne and eczema type problems associated with dairy products, are reactions to pasteurization not the raw product itself. Skin eruptions/conditions are usually due to the liver being overwhelmed so look for ways to support your liver and analyze what may be overloading it.
