To go with the dehydrator for $2.50. *sigh* love me the thrifsto. It holds a pint - not sure how much cream that will whip into, but I think a little chocolate sauce in a pint of cream may cover us for treats/desserts for the kiddo for a few days. The instructions include recipes for mousse, eggnog, bearnaise, and mayonnaise, as well as cream mixed with yogurt, etc. Can't wait to see if it really works...
