I think I have a zinc deficiency. --> Now I'm taking Zinc Chelate that the health food shop recommended. It does contain other things in it though (like magnesium, vit a, B2, manganese and B6). And by the way, I'm 40 weeks pregnant today and have no stretch marks. I was sure I would get them because my sisters got them so badly. I have no idea why because I haven't been that vigilant with supplements. Perhaps it's due to the NT diet or that I haven't put on as much weight as they did. With the zinc, I think someone in this group said to take it on its own last thing at night before bed - so that's what I do.
