CLEANER TRUCKS AND BUSES TO ROLL ACROSS EUROPE BRUSSELS, Belgium, December 27, 2007 (ENS) - Emissions of nitrogen oxides and particulate matter from European trucks and buses will be sharply curtailed by new regulations proposed Friday by the European Commission, the executive branch of the European Union.
