I live in Hugo, MN in Washington County (north of White Bear Lake, south of Forest Lake)I have been buying and drinking raw milk since April 2007, so 6 months now. In Minnesota, as far as I know, raw milk sales are available only from the farmer at his farm. A friend of mine introduced me to raw milk, and I'll never to back to pasteurized! I've spent many hours online and reading books learning all I can about the benefits of raw milk and the problems from pasteurized milk. s' book, "The Milk of Human Kindness is Not Pasteurized" is wonderful, and so is "Food is Your Best Medicine" by Henry Bieler. I highly recommend them both. I'm looking forward to getting to know some more people with a passion for real milk.
