I got 'em, now what do I do with them?

I saw a 1.5 pound package of frozen whole (not gutted or anything) smelts.

My first thought was fermented fish sause so I bought them. But Then I

remembered that I do not LIKE fish sauce (I bought a good quality kind to

see if I liked it before trying to make my own, I detested it!!!) My own

might taste better I know but is there anything ELSE I could do with these

smelt?
