Guest guest Posted December 12, 2005 Report Share Posted December 12, 2005 I saw a 1.5 pound package of frozen whole (not gutted or anything) smelts. My first thought was fermented fish sause so I bought them. But Then I remembered that I do not LIKE fish sauce (I bought a good quality kind to see if I liked it before trying to make my own, I detested it!!!)
