Raw fish salad question and detox questions

Yum! Last night we had NT's raw tuna salad and kasha casserole for supper,

plus some steamed broccoli. It was just delicious! Hubby was pleasantly

surprized, he expected it to be slimy and fishy, he was very pleased with

the taste and texture. I do have a question though, there's a little bit of

the raw fish salad leftover, I put it in the fridge immediatly, how long is

it good for? Could we finish it today or is it best to just oss the

leftovers in this kind of thing?

Also, I think I figured out what was causing my migrains so bad last week! I

had been eating this way for about a week when it started going nuts.

Excrusiating headaches and boils popping up all over my body and rather

unpleasent bathroom experiances. It lasted about a week but I persisted and

now everything is great, I haven't felt this great in ...well...EVER! I

think I was just going through a detox. Which brings me to a question, my

poor hubby is now going through it pretty bad. He doesn't want to alter the

diet to slow it down, he wants to get it done as quick as possible. What

kind of things can I do to make him more comfortable? Mine seemed to be

mostly headaches but his seems mostly in his stomach. I gave him some

pepermint tea but that didn't seem to help much. Any ideas?
