I love to use it for simmering garlic and herbs for my meat, or

portabellos. It is extremely good on lamb and fish (although it is

still very good on everything else).

I didn't think I was ready to eat it off the spoon until every time I

was cooking with it I was leaving more on the spoon just to lick it

off! That evolved into there not being enough on the spoon...

I use it any place I used to use butter (CF) or lard or bacon grease.

I especially like it in cooking the meat, onions and spices for curry

which I then simmer in coconut milk, but I will even use it instead of

butter on toast.

,

I am getting caught up with 200 e.mails in this box - so forgive me

if you have had your replies.

* I have a huge Tbs. of coconut oil and the 1/2 tsp. X Factor with

some Stevia for sweetener all mixed into my deelish hot cereal every

day. No need for milk or other substitute.

* We use the coconut oil to fry eggs and to do our stir fries and

honestly just about everything these days. It is SO tasty!! It

doesn't make things sweet, just sorta right:)

* I have even used it on toast with a little honey.

BTW - my best friend in all the world in South Africa was " Liddy. " I

have never heard of another one till now:)
