Guest guest
> I knew I lost weight since starting NT again but I can't believe this! It's amazing, isn't it? I've lost close to 30 lbs in the 2 years I've been eating this way (I don't get enough exercise or it'd have been faster) and it continues to come off without much effort. My husband has lost about the same amount and is in the best shape of his life. Guest guest
I didn't lose any weight on the NT diet. I actually gained like 25 pounds. I'm 19 and like 5'11 " and wieghed like 140 before and after a few months on NT I stabilized out at 160-165. I don't have any fat on my still, but I really did gain some mass. Definitely have a ton of more energy and endurance! - > > > I knew I lost weight since starting NT again but I can't believe this! > > It's amazing, isn't it? Guest guest
I'm skinny gaining (much-needed) weight on NT as well. IMHO, You know a diet is good if it changes everyone towards " just right " for their build. -Lana On 12/12/05, gdawson6 <gdawson6@...> wrote: > I didn't lose any weight on the NT diet.
