It's amazing, isn't it? I've lost close to 30 lbs in the 2 years I've

been eating this way (I don't get enough exercise or it'd have been

faster) and it continues to come off without much effort. My husband

has lost about the same amount and is in the best shape of his life.

I didn't lose any weight on the NT diet. I actually gained like 25

pounds. I'm 19 and like 5'11 " and wieghed like 140 before and after a

few months on NT I stabilized out at 160-165. I don't have any fat on

my still, but I really did gain some mass.

Definitely have a ton of more energy and endurance!

I'm skinny gaining (much-needed) weight on NT as well.

IMHO, You know a diet is good if it changes everyone towards " just

right " for their build.

That was my main concern, our health, but I'd say this is definat;y a perk
