Bonjour!

I had been subscribing to list group for the past two years, but took a break

and we

relocated to Paris. Yes, it is NN heaven here. I can't believe the superior

quality of the dairy

products and meats and all the farmer's markets... Granted, the same kind of

junk food is

creeping into the mainstream markets, but I have to laugh when I see a

" prepackaged "

dinner that consisted of raw ground beef, along with an egg and some kind of

cream

sauce to assemble for dinner. :)

I discovered NT after my first child was born, and now I'm expecting another and

I am

keen to continue with the NT ways, but now I'm a little confused. I have been

enjoying raw

dairy and fermented foods for the past two years and I have never experienced

any

problems. However, there are so many warnings for pregnant women not to eat raw

foods!

Even in France. I won't give up the raw dairy - I can't process any other kind,

but I'm

hestitant about the whole cheese and raw stuff.

Any thoughts, advice or experiences to share from all you experts out there?

TIA,

Cyndy
