My husband is afraid of it so he doesn't. He doesn't know what he's missing on. :)Anyways, I'm starting to be interested in making cheese and other milk products... I find it a little difficult to find accurate recipes for RAW whole milk. Usually they refer to 'skim milk' or other processed milk.
