Hi , Since you mention your energy levels I was wondering if you'd had

a chance to read " The Mood Cure " by Ross. I've been using her program

now for several weeks and, while it made me feel a little weird in the

beginning, I don't know what I'd do without it now; I feel much more

balanced and less moody and tired than before. The Ross thing is based

on amino acids. For example, I take tyrosine a couple times in the morning

and sometimes SamE and then I take GABA in the afternoon and 5-htp

(Tryptophan before bed.) Besides the tyrosine making me feel less depressed

I find it helps me sleep at night and so I wake up far more refreshed. I'm

53 and so if you're 50 you might be experiencing similar hormonal issues.

Anyway, if you haven't already, you might want to give the Ross

program a shot...
