Guest guest
I want to hear more about milk diet. I had not heard about it before. Do people really sustain themselves in good health on milk alone? The reason why I ask is that some days, all I feel like doing is drinking milk – I don’t feel like eating anything, but I go ahead and make myself eat, because I think that milk is not enough. I have not had the healthiest life. I am one of those people who seems to catch every cold that goes around. I used to spend quite a bit of time with a cold of some sort. I had a flu in March and shortly afterwards joined a herdshare and started drinking milk. To my amazement, I did not get sick again until September when we went on vacation and I was without my raw milk. I am trying to improve my health and the health of my family. I would love more info on the milk diet. Thank you, Kim

Guest guest
Jerome, thanks for sharing. do you make yogurt, kefir or anything with the milk? do you just drink it as milk? seems like a simple diet and I like simple. > > > Jerome, > > you consume 10 gallons of milk/week. do you eat anything else? are you on the milk diet? >
Guest guest
According to The Untold Story of Milk by Ron Schmid (pp 74-76) there were a few documented cases in the '20's and '30's of people living exclusively on raw milk, including a Mr. W. F. Kitzele, a city official in Burlington, VT who, because of a childhood chemical ingestion, could digest no food at all and lived on 3 liters of raw milk a day for at least 70-80 years, fathering four children. I'd say that's a complete food... And if you add high quality coconut oil to your diet (about 3T./day) you can sidestep those periodic colds/flus, too - Best, Jill Jill Ebbott Holistic Health Counselor Specializing in Wellness through Nutrition Reply-To: RawDairy To: <RawDairy >Subject: Re: Milk DietDate: Thu, 4 Oct 2007 23:12:12 -0400 I want to hear more about milk diet. Guest guest
If you don't feel like eating, why eat?
