many " good " bacteria? Or can this be some die off from the beneficial

bacteria I'm consuming? Guess I'm not sure what the good bacterai do.

Phil, symptoms of the herxheimer reaction, or die-off of bad bact.,

yeasts etc. are gas, diarrhea, indigestion and bloating. so that's

probably what you are going thru. and it would make sense; the more

pills you take the more you would have these symptoms until the die-off

is complete. it took me a month or so. you have to work up to 3 pills

per day slowly. once i worked up to 3 a day, i backed off to one day,

some days 2, and some days 3. i try now not to miss a day without at

least one.

you can ease back on the pills and increase gradually; that's what i

would do.

it can take a month or so to go away. that is my understanding.

i learned this from jordan rubin in his books, and also from the book

from Tropical traditions on coconut oil.

Thanks That makes sense. I guess the fermented foods are having the desired

effect.

Could you provide some context for your question? What kind of bacteria are you

hoping to address? What is the age of the child. What medications are

currently used, etc.
