I'm only an occasional poster on this list, but I read it quite a lot,

and I thought I'd mention something that I'd found useful. NT has been

very good for me, but I still found there were lots of things that I

wasn't digesting well, I think because I'd run down my system a lot

before then. (Incidentally, I did the stool test that people have

recommended here for coeliac disease, and was very happy when it came

back negative).

Anyway, I've found that taking enzymes has been great for restoring my

appetite, calming me down, and making it much easier to digest things,

especially raw milk which I *love* but previously had a problem with.

This is a good site, pretty unbiased: http://www.enzymestuff.com/. It

might be a good option to try for people who are excluding all sorts of

things, but still don't feel much better....
