Guest guest Posted June 3, 2005 Report Share Posted June 3, 2005 Plantar warts? They are hard & flat with a rough surface. They grow up noy out like a regular wart. They are often contracted by walking barefoot on dirty surfaces or littered ground where the virus that causes them is lurking. They are also spread by touching, scratching, or even by contact with skin shed from another wart. The wart may also bleed, another route for spreading.
