Guest guest
Well, I don't want to cook with it since I payed for raw, but I will try it on my toast! And hey, can't beat it mixed with crispy nuts, cocoa and maple syrup and frozen in little bite sized treats!!! Guest guest
It is great added to smoothies. It works best if you emulsify it first by blending it with the egg before you add other ingred. I use it raw and I use it to replace ALL vegetable oils in my baked goods and to grease most pans. I can get pancakes to soak up lots of yummy oil. I between CO and butter that is basically all I use in cooking.
