Well, I don't want to cook with it since I payed for raw, but I will try it

on my toast! And hey, can't beat it mixed with crispy nuts, cocoa and maple

syrup and frozen in little bite sized treats!!!

It is great added to smoothies. It works best if you emulsify it first

by blending it with the egg before you add other ingred. I use it raw

and I use it to replace ALL vegetable oils in my baked goods and to

grease most pans. I can get pancakes to soak up lots of yummy oil. I

between CO and butter that is basically all I use in cooking.
