Indeed.

Every year at college the Hawaiian Club would sponsor a luau. Of

course poi was on the menu. I still remember my response at the

time...ugh! But that was many years ago. Since I like to think I have

somewhat evolved since then, maybe I would like it now. Lord knows I'm

willing to try anything at least once.

Life isn't static. People change. Circumstances

change. What may have been true six months

or a year ago may no longer be true now.

Maybe a loved one got sick and died at a

tender age...Maybe they ran into an old high

school buddy who still looks great...At any rate

what they couldn't hear before rings true to them

now. So don't despair. Stick to the task. You will

eventually find yourself surrounded by people who

do care about good food and see it as a

legitimate avenue to great health.

I try to stay away, but this board is addictive! That's why I went

cold turkey last time. But now I've gotten sucked in again! We'll see

how long i last this time.

I was sorry you weren't at the conference. Hope you'll make it next
