Circumstances change. What may have been true six months or a year ago may no longer be true now. Maybe a loved one got sick and died at a tender age...Maybe they ran into an old high school buddy who still looks great...At any rate what they couldn't hear before rings true to them now. Guest guest
Actually, in the future you may want to skip the portabello unless you eat it raw. Dr. Blaylock, in his talk on excitoxins at the conference last year said that they contain high levels of msg in them...........gr Nanette why doesn't EVERYONE eat this way??? We just finished a meal more delicious than I've had in even the most expensive restaurant! We started off with a mixed green salad with a classic dressing of raw apple cider vinegar, EV olive oil and creme fraich. Then for the main course I made meat loaf, topped with this sauce that was so velvety and delicious it should be outlawed! Made from reduced homemade beef bone broth, thickened slightly with arrowroot and a big dollop of creme fraiche added (btw how thick is CF supposed to be? mine turns out as thick as store bought cream cheese!!) and sauteed portobello, king oyster and shitake mushrooms! It was SO DELISIOUS!!! I can't believe something that good could be good for me!!!! -- Mrs. () Siemens Mommy to Zack and Liddy...so far no fear, only faith; no guilt, only grace; no pride, only praise; no claim, only Christ
