Guest guest Posted August 3, 2005 Report Share Posted August 3, 2005 Yesterday I became the proud owner of 120 ears of the most absolutely fantastic organic to-die-for fresher than fresh corn. As I busily blanch and freeze it (most of it, anyway), corn relish comes to mind. I quickly check NT, yep, there's a recipe p. 100. Here's the stupid question - 3 c fresh corn kernels for relish means raw, yes, not blanched? Yes yes, I know, I can hear you all groaning, but please help me out here anyway. I think all this corn has frozen my brain as well as itself. MFJ Everything connects. The universe is not THAT chaotic. Beauty can still be found in the most amazing places.
