Stupid question about corn relish

Yesterday I became the proud owner of 120 ears of the most absolutely

fantastic organic to-die-for fresher than fresh corn. As I busily

blanch and freeze it (most of it, anyway), corn relish comes to mind. I

quickly check NT, yep, there's a recipe p. 100.

Here's the stupid question - 3 c fresh corn kernels for relish means raw,

yes, not blanched?

Yes yes, I know, I can hear you all groaning, but please help me out here

anyway. I think all this corn has frozen my brain as well as itself.
