You need to get a blood sample to the lab for them to run the test. I used

an M.D. but Prometheus may accept samples from other sources. I don't know.

The name of the lab is:

The test is called " CeliaGENE " -- " A genetics-based test that identifies HLA

DQ2/DQ8 haplotypes associated with celiac disease "

The test cost $440 and insurance seems to be covering half of the cost in my

case..

Let me know if you learn that they accept samples from other sources. It

would be good to know..
