Guest guest
I know that I have read somewhere that stretch marks are due to a deficency in something, but I can't remember what. Anyone have any ideas? Also, I was wondering if others out there still get the winter itchies and dry skin despite an increased fat intake. Does anyone change their diet in a specific way during the winter to offset wintertime dry skin? Just curious. Bertie
Guest guest
Vitamin C is essential for collagen formation, so perhaps 1-10g of vitamin C a day would help if taken during the period when you are " at risk " for stretch marks. Just a thought. Tom Bertie wrote: >I know that I have read somewhere that stretch marks are due to a >deficency in something, but I can't remember what. Anyone have any >ideas?
