Guest guest
Alvaro, You can take high volume of air samples using filter cassettes or Omni 3000 (Spin-Con), surface samples using swabs, and bulk samples of substrate that mold grows on. Mycotoxins will be extracted and analyzed using MS/GC or HPLC. If you only need to test for specific mycotoxins, ELISA (immunoassay) might be available. I am reading a Cal.App case that deals with the testing of mycotoxins. the silly question is how do you test for mycotoxins in a space contaminated by mold spores? thanks for your answers, you probably agree with me that the stupid question is the one that goes unanswered, right?thanks again.
