Once you have a theory it's hard to challenge it ... usually someone ELSE challenges it, and in science that happens constantly and sometimes amidst lots of sound and fury. See, that's the thing, Heidi. You look at this as a " world view " issue. I look at it as a science and logic issue. Granted, science and logic constitute a world view, but for purposes of this discussion, an example of a different world view would be " God put wheat on Earth for us to eat so it must be good " .
