Guest guest
Hello, I am currently breastfeeding my 19 mo. daughter and I am always thirsty. Plain water makes me nauseous, and I don't know if it would be wise to use lacto-fermented drinks as my only liquid. I don't know of any other options. I used azomite for a time, but was concerned about the aluminum content. Most recently I put salt in my water, which helps with the sick feeling, but my thirst is not quenched. It seems like this started soon after my dd was born, and keeps getting worse. I learned recently that many of my symptoms are linked to adrenal deficiency. I have hypothyroidism which is being treated homeopathically. I used standard process thyroid support until recently. Any advice would be most appreciated!
