What can the chemists on the list tell me about Sodium carbonate

peroxyhydrate?

I'm looking at an MSDS for a " enzyme cleaner " that is touted as safe

and non-toxic, yet under Hazardous Ingredient they list Sodium

carbonate peroxyhydrate CAS # 15630-89-4.
