I thought the comment from Mr. was interesting. I did look at the publication he talks about and thought it was of value. The individual comments from safety professionals I thought was beneficial. I think some of them are correct about how this impacts us down the road. Some of the other stuff I had seen but there were some other things I had not. The legal opinion piece was pretty good also. I did give this to our management team and I got some questions back. That is a victory to me. One question back was how this fits in with the whole disclosure laws with Sarbannes & Oxley. ASSE did not object if we would like to distribute the magazine they attached in the message. I thought the call deal looked good also. Just my personal opinion. ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 24 Jan 2007 13:16:40 -0800 Subject: Safety and Health Management Publication About Z10 I got this from ASSE. The call sounds interesting but I did look at the link at the bottom with the publication they talk about. It is free and seems to be really good. If you scroll down in the message the link on the publication is there. There are two links and the second one has the magazine. Since the standard came out I have been getting a lot of questions on it from h.r., operations, and legal people so this is pretty good.
