Guest guest
What's the best way to determine HCl and pancreatin dosage? I had some bone broth today for the first time, and I took two HCl/pepsin and no pancreatin. It gave me a little rumbling in my tummy. And I have trapped gas, but I can't tell how it affected that because it's an ongoing problem. By the way, it's like I can feel bubbles in my adomen with my hands when I push down and move my hands around. I've found that doing body-weight deep squats in sets of 20 or 30 helps relieve a little at a time. So, I'm wondering if I should increase HCl or add pancreatin. The rumbling was soon after rather than later, which probably indicates HCl/pepsin rather than pancreatin, right? But I probably need the pancreatin anyway for the trypsins. I'm figuring with solid food I'll need even more. I'm going to try some meat in a couple days. I'm wondering what a good amount of HCl/pepsin/pancreatin to expect to need is.
