Guest guest
Hi Jayden is right. The typical home test kits do very little but scare most people. We all have mold spores around us 24 / 7, the question is of what type and percent concentration compared with the ambient conditions outside. Below you will find a link to certified individuals and companies in your area. I am presently in Atlanta for a few weeks and your need is now. http://www.iaqcouncil.org/cgi/membersearchV2.pl I suggest that think about a time line. When did the allergy responses increase, and do they decrease when your away from your home? During this time of year as air conditioning coils dry out. Much that has collected on them tends to become airborne to the living space . Have you turned on the heat? Has there been any water events? Is there condensation running down the inside of the windows? Any ground around the house that is higher than your slab or floor height? Do you see a white powder on your car in the morning? There is a phosphate plant near you on the bay side. These are some things to consider before an investigator comes to your door. It will help you both.
