Guest guest Posted February 17, 2005 Report Share Posted February 17, 2005 Based on references in NT and other materials put out by WAPF, I've gotten the impression that Maytag bleu is, by definition, a raw milk cheese. Otherwise it wouldn't be called Maytag. Is this true? It's a bit cheaper than the other raw bleus I've been buying, but haven't gotten any yet because I wasn't sure. I asked the Cheese Chick at Rick's and she didn't know. LOL - I love Rick's. They've started not only labelling *every* raw milk cheese, but have been getting in a lot of new ones ... just for me. :-D MFJ If I have to be a grownup, can I at least be telekinetic too?
