Jo, The only effect I've noticed from taking Omega 3 fish oil is better short term memory and focus. It is a slow effect compared to other supplements. From what I understand about pylouria, I'd be considered to have it because I have no dream recall. Was definitely deficient in zinc which I've supplemented for at least a year. Probably B6 too as a reference called it the anti-edema and female vitamin. Water retention and sodium being issues with me from time to time. There's more B6 in my diet now than ever with daily avocado, walnut, sunflower seeds, peas and purine meats and fish. My dream recall is no better but I am hesitant to supplement B6 as it is not recommended as helpful to metabolic protein types and B complex over 50 mg. would turn my stomach 20 minutes after taking it.
