Guest guest
Now, I haven't actually tried this stuff, BUT in the advertisement I saw for it most all the ingredients are mentioned on other boards as having some effectiveness in the 'brain fog' aspect of ME/ CFS. As much as I abhor pretentious names, this stuff is called 'Mind (Zen Brew).' It's made by a company called Livingtonics, and they have a website of that same name on the net. Zen Brew (now, who thought THAT up?!)has the following ingredients in it; the base is catchins --like in unsweetened teas-- choline, betaine, coenzyme Q 10, and a specialized formula of Amino Carnitine, a form of Acetyl L Carnitine. I took the Acetyl LCarnitine for awhile (from immunesupport.com) but it caused digestie problems which did not out weigh the beneficial brain effects. (I mean,it DID work in a way, but...) So, if someone cares to try this stuff, it's on: www.livingtonics,com The ad also says it is carried in Whole Foods, and 'finer' health food stores. I may try it next month depending on how much it will $et me back. If it actually DOES work, I don't care WHAT they call it, lolol!!
