O M G, what a prat I am. In short I get quite shy meeting new people

but told my DH about 4 days prior that when the Bandit's meet in

Chatswood I realllllly want him to help make me go...so when I fessed

up with all the excuses he would know it was baloney and just to kick

me out of the house.

So squeezed (as in got poured into) my size 20 jeans , donned some

lipstick and headed over to Chatswood. All but hyperventilating from

taking deep breaths required just to walk through the front door in I

went. Hmmm next to billiard tables I remembered reading. Looked in

little crook in there - nope. Went through middle and found feral

type set-up which is obviously a smokers room (noice) and no women in

there so walked through to the other bar all the time feeling like a

right eedjit to not find anybody there either. Dreadfully

embarrassed I slunk out vowing to never attend another internet meet-

up as long as I lived.

THEN I worked out it was the 13th of July. Farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrk -

how embarrassment! So I think I deserve to win the Plonker title

most definitely!

Now working up the gumption to make myself attend the next one,

whenever that may be - subject to 250,000 God botherers decending on

Sydney (hey I can say that, I'm a Catholic!! LOL)
