If you recall I thought the mason jar lids you posted below at $8 each were overpriced. I thought they were foodsaver replacement lids for jars, not that they were used to seal the lids of jars. Ha! Thank you for your clear instructions. I ended up ordering a handheld model to use with the widemouth jar sealer. Seemed the most economical since I don't like to store food in plastic.
