heidi, my Warrior diet book arrived today in the mail; the post office

rang the doorbell this morning, sunday morning, when we were still in

our jammies!!! that's a first.

it's cold and damp and rainy here tonight; so i'm going to snuggle in

bed with my book and let you know what i think.

i start out reading every single diet book with hope and end up when i

finish reading it (or not) saying, i can't do this! i'm hoping for the

best.

Good luck to you! This weekend I went back " on " it seriously:

with the Vegas trip and everything I'd started snacking and

actually gained a few lbs. Yecch. So I REALLY did WD this

weekend and now I feel skinnier! And more alert.

My downfall, I'm finding, is peanuts. Once I get going on

peanuts and peanut butter during the day I can't stop.

heidi,

this is so interesting. remember when you said this is the kind of

diet i was on before i got fat (you were quoting others). that was

me.

it's amazing. i think i'm going to dive into it, adapt it to me, and

go for it. i feel better already on my first day. it's like the

good ol' days before i used to force feed myself breakfast.
