Going back on SSRI report

So a month ago I took the gamble of my life, going back on SSRI in hope to help

my pssd.

Background: I was on effexor 300mg for about a year, mild libido decrease while

on the drug, but the dramatic decrease happened when I stopped the drug(about 18

months ago). I had most of the common symptoms.

A few months ago I started wellbutrin 300mg, it did help. A month ago I decided

to try adding ssri because I knew my recovery was going nowhere. So I started

cipralex 5mg. The first day I took it happened to me the weirdest thing. I was

masturbating and it was about as usual but the orgasm was very, very odd. It was

perhaps the most intense orgasm I ever had, but not the most pleasurable. I felt

it in all of my body except my penis, and the sensation wasn't of a usual

orgasm, it felt much more of the feeling you get when you need to take a dump,

but 100 times more intense. That freaked the shit out of me...

Two days after I jacked off again and it was back to normal. After about a weak

I started getting aroused when seeing hot girls(which had not really happened

since PSSD). I started to actually feel the need to masturbate(which again,

never rly had since pssd) instead of forcing myself to. And masturbation became

much more pleasurable, erection firmer, ejaculation more " powerful " penis and

testicles more sensible, etc.

I must say I was not really expecting that sort of result. I would say my libido

is back to 50% of what it was before effexor(It was about 5% after effexor)I

must have jacked off about 10 times in the last week(I guess I am enjoying it

while it`s there since it`s been so long) . I get morning erections also. The

other day I was in a store and saw a hot girl and I got horny, that hadn`t

happen in a long time.

It has just been a month so I dont want to get overexcited. Again, I took a huge

gamble and taking more ssri could have worsen my problem. So I am not advocating

that you do the same thing, just reporting the facts.

I am thinking of going to 10mg to see what happens. Tell me what you think
