10% is from Dangerous Grains and most of the writups ... it's the number

of random Americans that test high for IgA in blood tests (rather than

stool tests). Actually it's not exactly 10% and it varies depending on the

source, it's more like 11% I think. Dr. Fine quotes that figure in the

writup we were talking about earlier, when he talks about the difference

between the blood and stool tests.
