Viili and Fil mjolk dairy starter cultures

Anyone tried Finnish Viili or Swedish Fil Mjolk? I

ordered both of them and they are very tasty, but I am

worried now because I heard that viili is grown with a

mold called geotrichum. After researching ,this mold

can cause some health problems. Anyone out there an

expert on these cultures? I am thinking of stopping

the viili. Thanks, Juli p.s. I make them both with

raw goats milk, got sick of kefir everyday, so tried

these, but I am wondering if the kefir is better for me.
