What does " mg % " mean? A 100th of a milligram? Also, is it really possible to have 106 mg of iron? That seems outrageously high. I thought the US RDA was something like 9 mg. Anyway, it seems like every chart I see of nutrition facts for coconut water is so widely divergent from the other ones that I find it hard to believe any of them.
