Any of the skins, can actually

form a SEAL over the stoma, this happened to me with chicken skin near on 5

years ago, so the same can apply for fish skins, especially those of an oilier fish........

I am finally getting the portion

control issues into place, the sweet tooth is abating, so this has been an

absolute godsend... I am walking every day, and am into week 3 of my tennis clinic

and living doing this .... I intend to get on that plane ion November at least

8 kilos lighter. All going well I think I shall succeed........
