Interesting the Conclusion:

'The present study suggests that citalopram elevates 5-HT or desensitizes 5-HT

receptors in the DMH, which subsequently leads to enhanced RFRP neuronal

activity and inhibition of sexual behaviors. These observations exclude the role

of kisspeptin and GnRH neurons instead they support a novel pathway for

citalopram-induced sexual dysfunction through RFRP neurons in the DMH to the POA

neurons.'

So it seems it's necessary for fighting PSSD to restore the sensitivity of

5-HT(1A) Serotoninreceptors using Antagonists.

An Antogonist on these receptors ist Propranolol:

Maybe I'll try it because having problems with hypertension.

I wonder if there is somebody here who got precribed Propranolol against

Hypertension and if it has given positive effects for PSSD?
