These observations exclude the role of kisspeptin and GnRH neurons instead they support a novel pathway for citalopram-induced sexual dysfunction through RFRP neurons in the DMH to the POA neurons.' ----- So it seems it's necessary for fighting PSSD to restore the sensitivity of 5-HT(1A) Serotoninreceptors using Antagonists. An Antogonist on these receptors ist Propranolol: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Propranolol Maybe I'll try it because having problems with hypertension. I wonder if there is somebody here who got precribed Propranolol against Hypertension and if it has given positive effects for PSSD?
