Guest guest
Tom, you might want to try using C, zinc and hydrogen peroxide preventatively as soon as you think you've been exposed or have the first symptom. I think hydrogen peroxide is a miracle, as I only heard about it this year and there seems to be a discernible difference. It has to go in at the first feeling something's off, though. Also, I bought some of those Airborne tabs. The ingredient list is nasty, but I'm not up for formulating from scratch at the moment. I take one in water if I know I'm going somewhere crowded and germy, or as soon after as possible. Taste-wise, a little citric acid and some citrus juice or essential oil could go a long way to make your cold treatment palatable. I also pound elderberry juice concentrate, tbsp. an hour for a few hours, alternated with hot cold season teas, ginger, etc. On the other hand, I could attribute my improved cold resistance to uncured bacon every morning. Guest guest
Oil of oregano stops a cold flat in its tracks at the point you start taking it. It's great stuff. Even my dh, King of the Refined, Unnaturally-coloured Carbohydrates, takes it. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Canfield Jesus said the world would know Christians by our fruit, not our testimony. Guest guest
Thanks, I didn't know that. I see Wilderness Family Naturals has it but it's $27.99 for a 1 oz bottle.
